Refund policy

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original, sealed packaging

  • In resalable condition (no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage)

To request a return, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate products (e.g., lingerie, adult toys, massage tools)

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items damaged, used, or opened after delivery

💸 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Cash on delivery orders may be refunded via store credit or bank transfer, at our discretion.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
